| 王剑 特任教授,博士生导师,国家级人才计划(2021)获得者,2005年本科毕业于中南大学,2008年硕士毕业于中国科学院成都生物研究所,2012年博士毕业于中国科学技术大学,2012年至2021年分别在中国科学技术大学(2012-2015)和瑞士苏黎世大学医院(2017-2021)从事博士后研究,2021年10月加入中国科学技术大学生命科学与医学部。研究主要围绕T细胞的抗原表位筛选、活化、外周维持和定向迁移等,相关研究成果以第一或共通讯作者在Cell、J Exp Med、Nat Commun、J Immunol、J Autoimmun 和 Front Immunol等期刊发表。 |
主要研究兴趣: 1. 疾病相关T细胞表型和功能的鉴定; 2. 疾病相关T细胞抗原表位的筛选,阐释T细胞介导的疾病的发病机制; 3. 基于抗原表位和T细胞受体(TCR)的疾病治疗,如多肽疫苗、mRNA疫苗和TCR-T等。 代表文章:
