3月12日-14日，台湾中央研究院院士、台大医学院临床研究所所长、台大医院内科主治医师、台大医院肝炎研究中心主任陈培哲教授（Prof. Pei-jer Chen）来我所进行学术访问。陈教授以《An immunocompetent mouse model for the tolerance of human chronic hepatitis B virus infection》为题，作了一场关于HBV的精彩学术报告，并赠送我所pAAV/HBV1.2 质粒用于建立全新的小鼠肝炎模型，陈教授和我所师生就高压注射pAAV/HBV1.2 质粒建立慢性携带HBV 的小鼠模型进行了广泛的讨论，加深了双方通过此模型对HBV 的分子病毒学和所引发的免疫学机制的研究进行更深入的交流和合作。 In the last five years, together with his collegue Professor Ding-Shen Chen, a member of Acadmy of Science of USA at HBV-related diseases, Prof. Pei-jer Chen published total 126 papers, among which there were one in New Engl J Med, two in J Natl Cancer Inst,three in Proc Natl Acad Sci USA, seven in Gastroenterology, eight in Hepatology and two in Gut. |
