理论教学大纲 大纲撰写者 傅斌清 彭慧 一、教学目标和基本要求(500字以内) 本课程是面对全校生物类专业的本科生和硕士生的英文专业课,目的是引领学生解读免疫的奥秘,了解免疫系统的主要成员及这些免疫细胞是如何运作帮助机体在抵抗病原体和各种疾病中的作用。通过课程的学习,可以拓宽学生的视野和增加医学免疫学相关的知识储备,培养学生的跨学科创新思维。 二、课程简介 中文:(500字以内) 免疫学属生命科学的前沿学科,是和人体健康和疾病关系最密切的学科之一,也是近年来发展最迅速、应用最广泛的学科之一。本课程将系统介绍免疫学基本概念和原理,以及一些疾病及其背后的免疫反应真相,并通过一些疾病的实例,“理论联系实际”的方式帮助学生理解免疫系统对人类健康维持和疾病发生的作用,了解免疫学理论和技术的运用对疾病诊断、预防和治疗等实际问题做出的重要贡献,用免疫学原理和观点去认识健康与疾病,提高学生对现代生命科学与人类健康的认知。 英文:(1000字符以内) Immunology is a fast developing and important front line subject in life sciences, and it is closely related to human health and diseases. Immunology is also the discipline that has the most rapid development in recent years. This course will introduce basic concepts and principles of immunology, and the mechanism and immune response to some diseases. Combining the actual cases and anecdotal evidence, this course introduces the basic principles and general theory of immuology, and explains the initiation and development of immune-related diseases and their underlying mechanisms in plain chapter and verse.
